Juno Beach Cafe Pancakes

Uncle Eddie owned eight pancake houses in and around Great Falls, Montana, in the 1950s and ’60s. Many summers, Don would visit his Uncle Eddie and begin learning the restaurant business. He let Don mix the pancake batter, but only his Uncle Eddie would prepare the secret ingredients he called the “dynamite.” Years after Uncle Eddie’s passing, Don acquired his famous pancake recipe. Juno Beach Cafe honors him by proudly serving his 65-year-old pancake recipe, affectionately known as “UEPs!”.

As you probably know, most of what we serve our guests is made from scratch, including our Banana Bread & Cheesecake Filling for our French Toast. The pastry craftsman responsible for making some of our menu items so popular is Gina, and when she’s not baking for JBC, she fills orders for Gina’s Cheesecakes & More.
